Wuxi Chunfeng Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. is the largest edible mushroom production base in Jiangsu Province, and was awarded the title of Jiangsu Province's leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization last year. This spring, facing the repeated epidemic, enterprises faced the problem of poor logistics, with raw materials unable to come in and products unable to go out. Due to the short storage time of edible mushrooms, once the pressure is delayed, it will cause significant losses to the enterprise. After learning of this situation, the Party member volunteer service team of Xishan National Modern Agriculture Industrial Park quickly took action and went to various parties to provide advice and solutions for the enterprise.

During the epidemic, we did encounter many difficulties in logistics transportation, product sales, and epidemic prevention measures. Fortunately, the party organization in the park has always been very concerned about our resumption of work and production. We regularly receive volunteer service teams to coordinate and guide epidemic prevention work. If we have any difficulties, we can provide feedback to them, and the park can also coordinate and solve them in a timely manner. For example, in April, we had a backlog of products every day. The party organization in the park helped us promote our products in the media, directly contacted local communities, supermarkets, etc., and solved our sales problems.



On the one hand, party member volunteers apply for a "white list" of supply guarantees for enterprises, which accelerates the handling of various logistics approval procedures. On the other hand, they actively expand local sales for enterprises, connect with supermarkets, schools, government cafeterias, etc., and help enterprises overcome difficulties smoothly. During the epidemic period, Xishan National Modern Agriculture Industrial Park placed the Party flag at the forefront of epidemic prevention and supply protection, organized a "epidemic prevention network" for Party building, and successively formed 2 Party member vanguard teams, established 14 Party member demonstration positions, fully ensuring the normal operation of more than 170 enterprises, and ensuring the stable supply of "vegetable baskets" in Wuxi and even the Yangtze River Delta region during the epidemic period.

The issue of "vegetable baskets" is closely related to people's lives. As an agricultural park, we will make every effort to ensure stable production and supply during the epidemic period. In order to help the enterprises in the park resume production as soon as possible, we visited and proactively contacted the enterprises to understand their actual difficulties. We also actively carried out policy promotion, epidemic prevention guidance, and other work. During the epidemic, the park provided an average of about 200 tons of vegetables per day, effectively ensuring the safety of the "vegetable basket" of the old Bai surname during the emergency period.

When the epidemic continued to recur in early February, the development zone (upper and lower), especially the red butler, immediately solved many problems for our company. As soon as possible, our company was included in the whitelist of enterprises for issuing passes. The approval of incoming passes was fast and timely, and some policies at the city and district levels were also conveyed to us by the red butler, which was very helpful to our enterprise.



According to statistics, Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone has organized 84 "red butlers" to conduct comprehensive investigations on the production and operation, freight logistics, and on-the-job personnel health monitoring of 349 above designated enterprises within its jurisdiction. They have answered more than 320 questions about epidemic prevention measures, freight logistics standards, and employment needs of enterprises in the park, and have solidly ensured the supply and smooth operation of the industrial and supply chains of over 200 above designated enterprises.

To ensure the accuracy of epidemic prevention and control as well as production and supply assurance, the red butlers conducted point-to-point assessments of the production and operation, freight logistics, and health monitoring of personnel in Hong Kong. Strictly implement measures such as three points, one line, and four fixed positions, and do our best to help enterprises solve practical difficulties. To ensure smooth transportation of goods, the red butlers sank to various highway crossings and organized dedicated vehicles to escort goods, achieving closed-loop management of drivers and trucks throughout the entire process, effectively solving the difficulties of logistics transportation of important production materials for enterprises.




In the bustling Xidong New City Business District, a team of red "building" butlers quickly gathered and penetrated more than 1100 building enterprises and construction sites, providing hands-on guidance and point-to-point services to fully solve the difficulties encountered in enterprise production and operation. After the implementation of the two-level relief policy in the urban area, the Xidong New City Business District has taken the initiative to provide services and identify eligible small and micro enterprises and individual businesses in the service industry, allowing them to enjoy the enterprise assistance and relief policy without applying.

The business district, through the self-developed Huiqitong policy platform, promptly promotes and releases relief policies at all levels in the urban area to enterprises, and tries to adopt various optimization methods such as exemption from application and setting up special service windows to quickly complete the procedures. At present, the business district has already processed city relief subsidies, involving 975 enterprises, with an estimated cash flow of over 2.5 million yuan. Handling rent reduction for state-owned asset carriers in the business district involves 593 enterprises, and it is expected that the funds benefiting the enterprises will reach over 21 million yuan.




Faced with the repeated situation of the surrounding epidemic situation, Xishan District adheres to the leadership of party building, closely focuses on the key links of resuming work and production, pays attention to epidemic prevention and control, and enterprise production, making every effort to alleviate difficulties and ensure production and supply. With the "stability" of enterprise epidemic prevention and control situation, it promotes the "progress" of the entire region's economic development.
